This is a class action filed by our firm in Florida to recover amounts our client claimed were wrongfully withheld from class members in consumer contracts. The trial court held that our client failed to establish the important aspect of a class action that common issues predominated over individual issues. Often to succeed in a class action you must carefully determine if there are so many individual issues for trial that a class is not appropriate. We carefully weigh these decisions to be sure that our clients and prospective class action law suit members get the results that they deserve.

Martin v Butler: This is a 2012 case in which our client was wrongfully sued in a frivolous case. The Moothart legal team obtained an award against the Plaintiff who sued our client. Our client prevailed in the amount of $26,216.69, and this award was affirmed in full by the Michigan Court of Appeals.
